What can I help you with?

"I can help you with mental health, mental wellness, counselling, and determining the next step in your path."

Why do I love my job as a Game Plan Advisor?

"I love being able to work with athletes to understand what is relevant to them in their lives, both as an athlete and a person. Every athlete is different, and I enjoy being able to determine what might enhance their journey and their overall wellness. Being able to take a holistic perspective is important to me, and it allows me to determine key factors that might make a difference for them. I find the process of getting to know athletes as people to be exciting and inspiring, and I enjoy seeing them grow and develop as individuals."
